The Village Gym was created from a simple belief: women were never meant to do life alone. In a world where connection is often missing and support can feel hard to find, we exist to provide more than just workouts—we offer community, accountability, and a place to grow stronger together. What started as a personal need became a mission to help women build strength, find belonging, and discover what they're truly capable of.
The Village Gym was born from a deeply personal journey that reflects a much larger, widespread need among modern mothers. After the birth of my first child, I quickly realized the gap between the phrase “it takes a village” and the reality many women face—there is no village. Navigating postpartum depression, isolation, and the unexpected medical challenges of my child revealed just how unsupported motherhood can feel.
In the years that followed, as I welcomed more children and worked to rebuild my own physical and mental health, I began to see that my experience was not unique. Through intentionally serving other women in my community, I witnessed firsthand how powerful genuine support, connection, and care can be—and how desperately they are needed.
The Village Gym boils down to this - restoring the “village” that so many women are missing. We want to be the place where your gym friends become family!
Every program and challenge at The Village Gym is designed to help women grow stronger—in body, mind, and faith. Whether you're looking for group training, accountability, or a transformational challenge, you'll find a supportive community and encouraging coaching to help you reach your goals. No matter where you're starting, there's a place for you here.Strong moms raise strong families. In turn, strong families create strong communities.
The mission? The Village Gym's 75-day fitness & faith challenge exists to equip women to pursue lasting transformation—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through intentional movement, biblical encouragement, and authentic community, we help women build sustainable habits, strengthen their faith, and discover the confidence that comes from honoring God with their bodies and their lives. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where women are challenged to grow, encouraged to persevere, and empowered to become stronger in every area of life.

Hewbrews 10:24-25 encourages us to come together in service and love for one another! "Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another..."
Bible Study
Matthew 18:20 say "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
We're following Christ's instructions weekly by joining together and studying his Word! Over the course of this 75-day challenge we will go through two Bible studies from Daily Grace Co.!
Feeling intimidated by a big group study? GOOD! God loves to push us out of our comfort zone! Whether you're a baby Christian or know the Bible cover-to-cover - you have a place here!
